1. Users Code Of Conduct:

1.1. By using UNITY, you agree to engage in respectful and lawful behaviour at all times. Users are prohibited from sharing harmful, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory content that disrupts the community's harmony or violates applicable laws. 

1.2. UNITY reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or harmful and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities without prior notice. 

1.3. Users must also refrain from engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresenting their identity on the platform.

2. Content Ownership & Usage:

2.1. UNITY values intellectual property rights and encourages users to share content responsibly. 

2.2 By posting on UNITY, you retain ownership of your content but grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform. 

2.3. This license allows UNITY to promote content as necessary to enhance user experience and visibility.

2.4. You are solely responsible for the content you post, ensuring it does not infringe on the rights of others or violate local or international laws.

3. Revenue Generation Streams:

3.1. UNITY provides users with ten (10) innovative revenue generation streams, subject to compliance with these terms. 

3.2. Earnings generated must adhere to the platform’s rules, including the prohibition of fraudulent or manipulative practices to gain revenue. 

3.3. UNITY reserves the right to review and verify all activities related to revenue generation. In cases of misuse or violation, UNITY may withhold or revoke earnings and take necessary legal action if required. 

3.4. Users are advised to maintain accurate account details for the disbursement of funds and to comply with applicable tax obligations in their respective jurisdictions.
